This is (the link above), of crucial importance for our country since our power company does not seem to be able to provide us with a consistent power supply.
Especially in Mombasa. Since the last time I wrote about our repeated and highly frustrating and expensive outages, we've continued to suffer them almost on a daily basis.
Again there is no reason given for them and most times nobody answers their phones from KP(LC), either. One wonders what kind of work they do...... or don't do. Then, again, one gets suspicious that in a country which is awash with corruption, that this also might be a reason for our very disabling outages. Is somebody somewhere making mega bucks at our sorry state of affairs...?! If so, how?
Most of the postings are to do with what an average Kenyan citizen has to deal with, in the country, to survive. They go through and are treated with a lot of injustice, where very few in 'officialdom', will take notice of their problems or even do anything about them.
